In order to effectively partner with
all students and families, we need to use an anti-racist stance and lens and understand how racialized and other held biases impact our partnerships. This workshop will look at how racism and other “dominant culture” stances show up in schools. It will also explore how you can practice anti-racism and authentic partnership to build welcoming and inclusive environments.
